All electric vehicles are shipped with FedEx Home Delivery and typically arrive within 2–10 business days.

Accessories and other products are shipped with PostNord, with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days.

If preferred, some orders can also be picked up at our warehouse on Zealand by prior arrangement.

All warranty claims must be arranged in advance with our customer service team, who will guide you through the process.

Bike Repair

We have two dedicated mechanics who can help with service and repairs by appointment.

All workshop tasks are billed hourly and arranged directly with the mechanic.
