At SpeedyBikes, we do everything we can to ensure fast, safe and transparent delivery of your products. Below you will find details about our shipping methods, delivery times and terms.
Free shipping on all electric bikes
We offer free shipping on all electric bikes.
No hidden fees or unexpected costs at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use different carriers depending on the type of product:

Electric vehicles (e-bikes, e-scooters, e-mopeds)
- Shipped with FedEx or PostNord.
- Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days after dispatch.

Accessories & spare parts (tires, tubes, batteries, chargers, etc.)
- Shipped with PostNord, DAO or GLS.
- Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery from start to finish.
Processing Time
We usually ship all orders within 1–3 business days.
You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.
Note: Longer processing times may occur during peak periods, holidays or promotional campaigns.
Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout Denmark (excluding non-bridge islands unless otherwise agreed).
If you require international delivery, please contact us — we will be happy to check the possibilities.
Important Information Upon Delivery
Please check your package upon arrival.
If the packaging or product is visibly damaged:
- Take photos of the damage
- Contact us as soon as possible at support@speedybikes.dk
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- The delivery information provided is correct
- Someone is available to receive larger shipments (such as e-bikes)
Unclaimed Packages
If your package is not collected or received and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee for re-shipping and handling.
