Refund policy
At SpeedyBikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must not have been used (no riding, no activation or charging of the battery).
- The product must be returned in the same condition as received — without damage, wear or signs of use.
- Original packaging, labels, accessories and included parts must be intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Returns of electric vehicles that have been used, activated or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@speedybikes.dk or using our contact form.
Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Items must only be returned after we have confirmed and approved the request.
Products sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
The return address will be provided once your return has been approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible — we will ensure the issue is resolved quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Used or activated electric vehicles
- Custom or special-order products
- Sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
If you would like a different model or variant, we recommend returning the original item (after approval) and placing a new order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@speedybikes.dk.
