SpeedyBikes sells electric vehicles and accessories to both private customers and businesses.
All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update prices, product specifications and availability without prior notice.

2. Customer Responsibility – Legal Compliance & Use

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any purchased product is used legally in the country where it is operated.

This is especially relevant for electric vehicles, which may be subject to national or local regulations regarding:

  • Use on public roads
  • Insurance, licensing or approval requirements
  • Age restrictions
  • Speed limits and motor output
  • Safety equipment (e.g., helmets)

SpeedyBikes accepts no responsibility for incorrect or unlawful use of our products.


We strongly recommend that you check the relevant legislation in your area before purchasing and using an electric vehicle.

3. Proper Use & Maintenance

All products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
SpeedyBikes cannot be held liable for damage, accidents or malfunctions resulting from:

  • Lack of maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

4. Limitation of Liability

SpeedyBikes is not responsible for:

  • Indirect losses, loss of business or consequential damages
  • Delays or delivery issues caused by factors beyond our control
  • Incorrect or unsafe use of products
  • Any consequences resulting from failure to comply with applicable law

5. Warranty & Complaints

All products are covered by a 24-month warranty in accordance with Danish consumer legislation.
Warranty conditions may vary depending on the manufacturer and product type.
